Mikhaela Dieudonne

Healthcare Outreach Program Manager

Mikhaela is a passionate and dedicated public health professional with a decade of experience in community outreach, health education and promotion, and program development and implementation. Born and raised in the Sunshine State, she initially gained experience by supporting initiatives created to address health disparities and support underserved and marginalized communities across Florida. She has continued these efforts since, and is an advocate for improving the health-related social factors that impact the well-being and quality of life of individuals and families on local, national, and global scale.

Mikhaela has worked for several years in the chronic disease space, developing and implementing engagement, education, and support projects and programs focused on prostate cancer, neurological and developmental disorders, and neurogenerative conditions, including Alzheimer’s disease. In addition to this, she also has direct experience in providing personalized technical support to people living with dementia (PLWD) and their caregivers through the Medicare GUIDE Program. As a caregiver herself and as someone who has had to navigate the complexities and difficulties of obtaining quality care in the health system, Mikhaela is committed to improving the lived conditions of her fellow community members and to advancing health equity for all.

Mikhaela completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida and holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Public Health and Biomedical Sciences. She is completing her final year in the Master of Public Health (MPH) Program at the George Washington University. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys rollerskating, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.
